Missing Package

  • If your package is marked "delivered" but is missing please wait 24 hours before contacting the shop. Most USPS deliveries are delivered a day after they are marked delivered. After 24 hours we will file a claim with the postal service. However each situation may vary by customer.

Mistake on my order

  • We follow all instructions listed with a order. We can not alter the details on a order sheet. If you notice a mistake on your custom order and that mistake is also listed on the order sheet we will charge a $15-$25 fee to remake a custom order with the correct details. 
  • If  a mistake was made on our end it will be replaced free of charge.
  • We ask that all customers double check the details of their orders.

Shipping Delay

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays once the order is handed over to the postal service.

Accidental Order / Cancellation

  • If you accidentally place an order or would like to cancel within the first 48 hours you will be issued an 80% refund.
  • After 2 days you will be issued a $70 refund
  • We have seen an increase in "accidental orders" and this is our way to combat that issue.
  • If you have questions about the checkout process feel free to contact the shop. 

Due to the nature of all the items in our shop being handmade we do not accept cancellations but can offer an exchange or store credit.
